世界监察员理事会应设立二十个地区办事处。世界监察机构的二十个地区办事处应与二十个地区世界检察官办公室的组织相对应。

Each regional office of the World Ombudsmus is headed by a World Advocate. And each five regional offices of the World Ombudsmus is supervised by an Associate World Ombudsman.
